Vipassana
At Vipassana, the first meditation is sitting and noticing only your breath as it passes over the philtrum into the nose and out from the nose. At first, I had to exaggerate the breath, blowing hard, inhaling hard, so I could feel the light air. After ten hours of the meditation that day, I could feel the slightest breath.
This is a good check point for me, now. If I can’t feel that gentle air, I am out of touch with the moment. I take as long as it takes to feel that again. Usually it’s only a minute or two. But that minute makes a huge difference in how I feel and how in the flow I become again.
Last Four Lines of Jaap Sahib /Chattr Chakkr Varti
Chattr chakkr vartee, chattr chakkr bhugatay
Suyumbhav subhang sarab daa sarab jugtay
Dukaalang pranaasee dayalang saroopay
Sadaa ung sungay abhangang bibhootay
translation-Thou art everywhere in all the Universe, the Enjoyer in all the four directions, self-illumined and within everyone and everything, Destroyer of bad times, all merciful, always within us, Thou art the everlasting giver of undestroyable power.
Chanting this mantra is said to “remove fear, anxiety, depression, and phobias, and brings victory. It instills courage and fearlessness into the fiber of the person. It gives control over one’s domain. Recite this when your position is endangered, when your authoritative personality is weak.”
If you want to Listen, Spirit Voyage has a few different mp3s/cds. I suggest the Kundalini Mantra Instruction sample of it and the Healing Sounds volume 1 sample of it. My favorite is Mantras from Jaap Sahib.

Mouth in an “O”
Breathe long, deep breaths.
Time: Start at 3 minutes.
Recommended, build up to 11 to 31 minutes.
To end: Inhale deeply, come into Shuniaa state (zero). Synchronize every cell of your being. Hold for 20 seconds.
originally taught by Yogi Bhajan on July 23rd, 1996.
I encourage you to do this for 40 days so that more of who you truly are is present and projected into this world and into your creations.
“Now you are the spirit of your mind. You are a bright light of yourself. That’s your identity.”–Yogi Bhajan
